Our Story

Orient Techtex Solutions Pte Ltd (OTS) is a Private Limited Company, which was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (Company Registration No. 200807110H) on 11 April 2008. The company started its operations with dealing in Metals & Minerals.

Today, OTS has expanded its commodity trading business to include more products in Metals & Minerals, Industrial Raw Materials & Textile Raw Materials, Agro- Commodities, Oils and Edible Oils and Plant & Machinery. The turnover of the company has been increasing each year and profitability has been maintained. With the rapidly changing market conditions, OTS is able to adapt quickly and meet the new requirements of its customers. Having a diversified product portfolio helps OTS to minimise risks specific to a particular industry. OTS works closely with its customers and suppliers to match the requirements and always aims to establish a long term valuable relationship with them.

OTS deals in Metals & Minerals, which include Iron Ore, Copper/Nickel Cathodes, Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metals in Coils/Sheets/Ingots. Some of the agro-commodities that OTS trades in are Sugar, Rice, Pulses, Legumes, etc. Apart from these, we are also involved in the purchase and sales of Industrial Raw Materials (PTA, MEG, PX), Textile Raw Materials (Chips, Fiber, Yarn, Fabrics) and Polymers (PVC resin, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PET). These are mostly sold to end users. At times, textile or polymer related plant, machinery and spare parts are also procured for the manufacturing companies.

Mr. Satya Narayan Sharma and Ms. Minakshi Sharma assumed leadership of OTS in 2013, steering the company towards success. The management team boasts an exceptional level of expertise, with extensive backgrounds in banking, technology, and marketing. Leveraging their wealth of experience, industry connections, and effective marketing strategies, we have consistently achieved sustainable growth over the years.
